Pathways to Peace, Inc. offers peer education, support, and structured workbook focus groups free of charge for people who have a problem with anger.  Groups meet regularly to help each other understand the nature of anger and rage and to change abusive and violent behaviors.

Groups are led by peer facilitators. Pathways to Peace self-help groups are open to anyone who has has a problem with anger.

Each Pathways to Peace group is like an "Anger Management Class".
The groups are led by peer volunteers. Each group focuses on anger management and violence prevention techniques.


Pathways to Peace self help groups and materials have a wide range of uses
   The techniques can be applied to:
  • Domestic violence.
  • School violence.
  • Teen violence.
  • Workplace violence.
Pathways to Peace believes people use anger, rage, and violence like a drug.  They use it in an attempt to change limiting feelings such as frustration, fear, and anxiety, into feelings of power.
