1. Rear-mounted
3-point hitch tractor model

This
model is less expensive, is ideal for digging and root pruning where plant
height permits driving tractor down the row. This model offers these advantages:
- Interchangeable
high carbon steel, long life blades in 5 sizes (see
next page)
- Depth
control wheel to regulate depth of cut. Cuts at any depth from 4"
to 18" deep.
- Undercuts
in a perfect U, eliminating tap root problems.
- Hydraulically
controlled.
- Lift tines
for digging bare root stock. May be removed for root pruning or root
ball digging.
- Blade
may be easily reversed to dig taller trees by backing under, then
lifting it out of ground hydraulically. (see
next page)
- Does abetter
job than hand digging, and 100 times faster .
- Improved
tilting design makes it easy to unload even large heavy trees (see
other side).
